Back by popular demand – the custom 11-99 Foundation Vintage^TM Electric bike that started it all! First revealed in our inaugural 2015 collaboration with Vintage^TM Electric, this one-of-a-kind CHP-inspired Tracker pulls its inspiration from the Harleys, Indians, and Flying Merkels that ruled the raceways of the early 20th century.

This timeless design features signature CHP blue and red LED headlamps above a classic black and white frame. With roll-top Brooks Suffolk Rear Pannier bags proudly sporting the 11-99 Foundation logo, this bike is not only beautiful but functional. The Tracker is armed with Vintage’s^TM signature 720 watt hour battery, providing power for up to 50 miles on a full charge, needing only 3 hours to fully charge. The potent, silent rear hub motor is capable of a grin-inducing 36 mph in Race Mode on private property. On-demand acceleration is delivered via human power, or with a flick of the thumb throttle. Five power modes are available, providing a ride that’s mild when you need it and wild when you want it.
