How to Upgrade Your Existing Membership:

• You would owe the difference between your current membership level and your desired membership level. To upgrade, please fill out and sign the Membership Upgrade Form and send it with payment (if applicable) to our Costa Mesa office, or email it to applications@chp11-99.org for processing.
