The 11-99 Foundation is holding a drawing for the chance to win TWO custom Wolf Islander 50cc scooters, featuring the 11-99 logo on both the front and back of the scooter, playing off a classic CHP-inspired black and white body with retro cognac leather seats and handlebars.
