Officer Robert Coulter
November 2, 2003 Trinity River, CAOfficer Robert Coulter died when the shotgun in his patrol car accidentally fired. Coulter worked in the Trinity River Area and was found in the officer’s rear parking lot by off-duty Officer Scott Friar (13878), who had come to pick up his vehicle.
