We hope this finds you well. After a lengthy discussion with our 11-99 team, we have thoughtfully come to the decision that we will be CANCELING BOTH our Bob Weinberg Golf Tournament on September 18 and our Northern CA Golf Classic on October 5.
We will offer any sponsor the opportunity to consider it a 2020 tax-deductible gift, a refund, or rollover to 2021. Thank you to all our sponsors who have generously transferred their sponsorship to a donation for the year…we can’t thank you enough for the support right now!
This is a critical time for the 11-99 Foundation as we’ve now had to cancel ALL fundraising events for the 2020 calendar year – a $1.35 million loss.
If you are in a position to provide a donation equal to what you normally contribute to one of our golf events, we would greatly appreciate it. For donations in the amount of $500 and above received between now and August 31, we will send a very special thank you gift.
We are pivoting our fundraising efforts to online platforms. We are thrilled to announce that we will be holding an ONLINE AUCTION this October. Any in-kind donations already sent for either tournament’s auction will now be included in this new online auction. If you have something you wish to donate, please contact our staff listed below.
