MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE FORM

How to Upgrade Your Existing Membership:
  • You would owe the difference between your current membership level and your desired membership level. To upgrade, please complete and sign the Membership Upgrade Form and send it with payment (if applicable) to our Costa Mesa office, or email it to upgrades@chp11-99.org for processing.
  • To verify your current membership level or total giving history or discuss your upgrade options, please get in touch with our philanthropy team (Lupe Guzman, Bryce Stowell, and Eric Ewing) by calling the office at 714.529.1199 or emailing upgrades@chp11-99.org.
