Join Our Lifetime Membership
Membership to the 11-99 Foundation is a one-time fee for lifetime membership. Our members are the heartbeat of the 11-99 Foundation, showing their support of our mission and the CHP families we serve by joining our membership and continuing to give each year.
Become a lifetime member by applying online and paying the one-time fee. If you are paying by check, please download and complete the Membership Application Form. Once you’re approved for our membership, you are a member for life. You can upgrade your membership anytime and purchase additional or replacement membership items. You must be at least 25 years old to apply. Spouse/Partner regarding membership is defined as your legal spouse, domestic, or life partner. Children and business partners do not qualify as a “Spouse/Partner”. Read the Membership Terms & Conditions for more info. NOTE: Background checks take 5-10 business days to complete, and your membership items should be received within 6-8 weeks of submitting your application.
