COVID-19 Effects on 11-99 Operations

Back Soon_11-99 Foundation_Coronavirus causes office closures

We feel it is important to update all of our members, donors, CHP, and supporters on the status of our operations during these uncertain times.

We made the difficult decision a couple of weeks ago to cancel our upcoming 10th Annual CHP’pino Feed fundraiser in the Bay Area. Several other upcoming CHP Squad Club events across the state have been impacted as well. For continuous updates on scheduled, postponed, or canceled events, please visit: https://chp11-99.org/events

We will continue supporting CHP families who need us. This is a critical time for our first responders, CHP included, and we stand ready to assist. In addition, we’ve extended our Scholarship Application deadline to March 30, 2020, to allow additional time for dependents of CHP employees to complete and submit applications in the portal. We see these measures as important steps in supporting our first responder families during this stressful and uneasy period.

Fullerton Office (Headquarters):
Our Fullerton office will be closed through 3/31, as mandated by the Orange County Health Officer. Staff will be working remotely. We welcome any calls regarding membership or donations, but please know there may be a slight delay in returning phone calls and emails during this time. General emails may be directed to info@chp11-99.org or to our Director of Operations, Rebecca Centner.

Northern California Office (San Jose satellite office):
Due to Santa Clara County’s Shelter in Place Order, mandated on 3/16, our physical office is closed until April 7 (per the order). However, our two San Jose employees will be working remotely – Director of Development, Kathryn Phelan, and Events Manager, Stefany Wilson

This is a trying time for us all, and we pray that you and your families stay healthy and safe. We will continue to stand by the CHP in its efforts and will notify you of any further closures or impact to our daily operations.

Thank you for your understanding and ongoing support,

CHP 11-99 Foundation Board and Staff
